Buyer Group International, byrg, has posted on the OTCBB, fraudulantly, an acquisition of my family's company, MD Caperton Dirt & Paving, LLC, as well as fraudulantly posting our financials as their own.

The financials were gained under false pretenses and were found to have been immediately posted on the OTCBB to gain some financial credibilty.

Negotiations were halted and no agreement reached as we sensed false claims and potential fraud by CEO, David A. Bryant, of Buyer Group, International.  He claimed in negiations to have a 2 million dollar line of credit which turned out to be false.  They had no line of credit and could offer my family's 70 year old company nothing. 

We discontinued negotiations and the deal was never completed.  All claims of BYRG, Buyer Group International, or David A. Bryant having any business associations with MD Caperton Dirt & PAving, LLC are false and intentionally misleading to investors.

 This has been reported to the SEC.
