(OTCBB:MBST), a developer of coin-operated karaoke vending machines, announced today that the company has reached a preliminary distribution agreement with Apple Industries, one of North America’s premier manufacturers and distributors of coin-operated electronic entertainment.

Apple Industries plans to distribute the Mobile Star’s next-generation entertainment vending booth, utilizing its well-established marketing channels. Apple Industries currently operates a vast distribution network, placing products in shopping centers, amusement parks, theaters, casinos, restaurants, pubs, and various other tourist attractions.

The preliminary agreement follows the successful pilot of the Mobile Star during the recently concluded Holiday Season. The pilot, which was closely monitored by Apple Industries’ professional team, confirmed the quality of the vending machine and demonstrated greater return on investment potential than initially anticipated

Each vending machine is expected to generate over $30,000 in gross annual revenues.

CALGARY, AB (CRWENEWSWIRE) BWI Holdings, Inc.(Pinksheets:BWIH) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Budget Waste, Inc., located in Western Canada, is adopting a new way to reduce fuel costs and to significantly decrease harmful greenhouse gases with the use of Hydrogen Generating Modules in 2010.

The Hydrogen Generating Modules can be attached to any type of engine to enhance the combustion process independent of fuel used, including gasoline, diesel, propane, natural gas and ethanol. The unit produces a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gases on demand, through a controlled electrolysis process. The gases are delivered to the engine’s air intake manifold, where they mix with air or air-fuel vapours and enter the engine’s cylinders to enhance the combustion process.

The purpose is to improve overall engine combustion efficiency by producing a more complete burn of the air-fuel mixture. Gasoline engines usually operate at 85% efficiency, while diesel engines run at 33% to 45% efficiency. The remaining percentage of inefficiency represents unburned hydrocarbons that are released into the atmosphere as polluting emissions. By introducing only a fraction of the usual amount of hydrogen and oxygen gases to the combustion process, the lean flammability limit of the fuel is significantly extended thereby achieving greater thermo efficiency and a more complete burn.
