Windstream Corporation (Nasdaq:WIN) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of NuVox, Inc., a privately held competitive local exchange carrier based in Greenville, S.C., in a transaction valued at approximately $647 million.

TaxMasters, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TAXS), the IRS tax relief company, has announced an increase in operational efficiency across the company's operations and customer relationship management (CRM). The changes include an up to 50% improvement in customer response and case completion time, and a decrease in operational costs.
