In it, it talked about the current
economy’s effect on the "American
Dream."

From the very first sentence, I knew
that the writer knew NOTHING about what
the American dream was.  The very first
sentence of the article was…

"Work hard, play by the rules and tomorrow
will be better than today."

Are you kidding me, I thought?

The "work hard" part I got.  It’s a
necessity to be able to live your dream
lifestyle no matter where you live.

But, "play by the rules and tomorrow will
be better than today."

Excuse me, but that is crap!

Here is what happens when you play by the
rules….

1.  You go to college and spend a ridiculous
amount of money on a degree you in most
cases will never use or need.

2.  You get a job that pays you little, but
forces you to work 50 to 70 hours per week
to make ends meet.

3.  You most likely have no job security and
a boss and employer that cares little about
you.

4.  You get the "priviledge" of taking one
vacation a year if you are lucky.

5.  You work until you are at least 65
and possibly longer so that you can have
just enough money to live out the rest of
your days.

Sound like the "American Dream" to you,
folks!
Sounds more like a nightmare to me.

If you "play by the rules" that is a pretty
likely scenario for you.

Truth is, the article may have had good
intentions, but was WAY off. 

Those that have been able to live the
"American Dream," or to live their dream
lifestyle no matter where they are from, have
never played by the rules.

Yes, hard work has always been a required
element to living out your dream lifestyle.

But those that have dream lifestyles almost
always create their own rules.  They are what
is called "self-made."

In fact, of the 15 wealthiest people in the
world as of 2008, 10 of them are self made
and 5 of them inherited the money.

Of the 10 that are self made billionaires,
a whopping 9 are high school or college drop
outs!

Am I preaching to not get educated, no.

But, if you want to live your dream lifestyle,
you have to take charge of your own life.  You
have to make your own rules.  And, you have to
make things happen for yourself.

Several years ago, after being let go from
my job by an employer who cared little about
me or my family no matter how hard I worked, I took
charge of my life.

Today…

I work when I want to
I play when I want to
I vacation when I want to
I can afford the things that I want
I am my own boss

And….

I definitely DO NOT play by the rules.  I
make my own.

If you want to play by the rules, folks,
go ahead.  But, dont expect any sort of dream
lifestyle out of it. 

If you want to start taking control of
your life…..

If you want to enjoy life as it was meant to
be enjoyed…..

If you want to be free from the prison that
is the 9 to 5 world….

If you want to take control instead of being
controlled…..

YOU have to make it happen!

This economy has made getting a from a house  from your Tax lien
investment much easier, folks just aren’t paying their taxes and
the banks are SO heavy in foreclosure inventory that it financially
behooves them to write off the note and let the property go!

Best of all, if my buyer gives me a $2000 down payment on a house
that I bought for $2000, I’m in a pure profit situation!!!

Your Best Bet-Rent to Own

Creative financing is never more welcome than at a time when the
banks aren’t loaning money.

I bet there are millions of people in America right now that would
kill to rent to own a house with me holding the note. No bank
involvement!

This scenario is one of the great reasons for tax lien investing,
rent to own your way to wealth!  If the Tenant pays off the note,
good for them, they get a house for a fantastic deal.

If they don’t pay their note down month in and month out, you
convict them and get your house right back on the market. Again, as
long as you got enough down payment from the tenant to cover your
investment in the house-you are in a total profit situation.

This is the secret to making great money from the homes your get
from your tax lien investments, especially in a "down" economy.
There are times in economic history when loans are much harder to
get than other times; smarts investor take advantage of these times
and can help people out of their troubles as a moral benefit.

Here is the first thing you need to know as you strive toward accomplishing your goals and dreams.

Ouch. I know. It was pretty tough on me when I had to face this truth. I did not like some of what I saw; other things I felt pretty good about. I figure we might as well get this out of the way right at the beginning. I get so tired of people complaining about their lives. Complaining they cannot do certain things because they are just not smart enough. Complaining they will never excel in anything because they just do not have the talent others do. Complaining they will never make much money because no one else they know does. It goes on and on.

I hear it all the time. People selling themselves short because they simply do not believe life will be exciting for them; they do not believe their dreams will ever come true. As long as they believe that; it will be true for them.

Okay, did you hear that? This is another so-called secret of life. If they believe it, it will be true for them. I did not say it was true. I simply said it was true for them because they have decided to believe it. That MAKES it true for them. Too bad!

Especially because the opposite is equally true. If you choose to believe in your ability to excel, to succeed, to make your dreams come true; then you will. Your decision to believe it makes it TRUE FOR YOU!

Today is a day you can use to change your life. To change the way you think about things.

Decide to believe your entire life is going to be an exciting adventure. Decide to believe you will be a success. Decide to believe today is going to be better than yesterday. 

Decide and it will be TRUE FOR YOU!
