Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI, BBI.B), a leading global provider of media entertainment, today announced it has closed its previously announced offering of $675 million aggregate principal amount of 11.75 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2014 at an issue price of 94.0 percent.
