Stephen Lerch is the Chief Revenue Officer at Kowabunga! Inc., a provider of performance based marketing and on-line advertising solutions. His responsibilities include sales, marketing, business and corporate development and investor and public relations. Mr. Lerch joined the KOW team in October of 2007. Prior to working at KOW, Mr. Lerch was the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Workstream Inc., an enterprise software provider in the talent management space. His responsibilities included financial, human resources, legal and administrative affairs, as well as operational oversight. From April 2003 to January 2004, Mr. Lerch was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rewards Network Inc/iDine Rewards Network Inc. In this position, Mr. Lerch directed operations of merchant sales and support, contract administration, information technology and corporate and partner development. Prior to this position, Mr. Lerch held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 1997 to August 2003. Prior to holding that position, Mr. Lerch was a Business Assurance Partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he worked from 1978 to 1997.
